COLORADO SPRINGS BATHROOM REMODELER TILE CO
This bathroom remodeling project came nicely together by adding a few features not typical in most remodeling projects mainly due to budget constraints.
In this case, the homeowner's (and tile installers) challenge was to get the most out of the budget which included not changing the footprint of the bathroom.
To solve this, the tile installer installed a no curb shower pan so that the floor tile could be set continuously from entry to shower with no shower curb. The bathroom floor is not porcelain tile but is a vinyl plank wood looking flooring. Obviously we couldn't carry that flooring into the shower so we found a porcelain tile that matched the bathroom flooring and turned it to act as a threshold into the shower.
The homeowners chose finishes that are modern and crisp with a soft feel and calmness of colors. The vinyl wood looking flooring adds to the design. The homeowner found a budget-friendly ceramic tile that gives the appearance of a handmade tile.

FRAMING - With many of the remodeling projects that we contract with we are asked to enlarge the shower space to add a shower bench for room to move around. This is standard practice for steam shower installation. You have to be able to sit and relax in comfort during your sessions. With some bathroom remodel projects we will eliminate some walls and build others like a 1/2 wall partition.

WALK-IN SHOWERS, Bathtub to Shower Conversion - We specialize in converting tubs into walk-in showers. Some shower installations will include a shower curb, or we can install a walk-in shower with no shower curb. We also install Schluter Linear shower drains that can be tiled over to give the effect of no shower drain in the shower unit. All of our shower pans are cement poured and tested before tiling begins.

PLUMBING - New shower valves and plumbing trim for shower remodel. New shower drains. Toilet remove and replace. Vanity sinks installed. Steam Shower Units Installed. Overhead rain shower head installed.

DRYWALL, PATCH REPAIR, TAPE, TEXTURE, and PAINT - Some homeowners like to paint and patch themselves and that's ok, but if you dont we will do it for you!
