Followed by water testing the new shower pan for evidence of any leaks.	Although the replacement tile could not be matched, the homeowner did a fantastic job in selecting a tile that blends the new shower pan repair with the existing wall tile.
Schluter/Kerdi is an excellent waterproofing membrane that inhibits mold growth which is ideal in a steam shower installation. All surfaces of the steam shower are covered with the membrane.	This Schluter/Kerdi steam shower is tiled with porcelain tile which is ideal for low maintenance. Schluter/Kerdi waterproofing seals the shower and prevents moisture from damaging interior walls of your home.	Schluter/Kerdi can be used for all types of tile installations. We covered the shower walls and bench with Kerdi and also installed a recessed shampoo niche.
