Golden, Colorado Shower Project
Denver Shower pan after demo and mold remediation
A LEAKING SHOWER NEEDS THE RIGHT SOLUTION
Stop the leak.
Keep what can stay.
A shower leak does not automatically mean starting over with a whole new shower or bathroom remodel. Depending on the condition of the waterproofing, tile, and structure, a cement-poured shower pan installation may allow us to preserve much of the existing shower for a safe and leak-proof shower pan repair.
We assess the damage, explain what needs to be removed, and help you understand the repair options. Where suitable, we can work with your existing wall tile and reuse glass doors or panels.

FEATURED PROJECT IN LOUISVILLE, CO
From a leaking shower pan
to a custom steam shower.
This project began with a leaking shower pan that needed replacement. As the plans developed, the homeowners chose a complete shower renovation and added a custom steam shower to the revised project.
Our work started with demolition and the mold remediation protocol, followed by rebuilding the shower’s framework. New framing included a built-in bench, recessed shampoo niche, ceiling, shower entrance header, and curb. We also extended the right-side valve wall from front to back to accommodate the revised shower layout.
With the framing and plumbing work completed, the next phase focuses on preparing the shower for waterproofing, vapor protection, and tile installation. The selected finishes bring together green glass wall tile, marble mosaics, and a patterned ceiling.
Careful preparation at every stage provides the foundation for a shower built for everyday use and lasting performance.
